Many days I spent riding horses, moving cattle, feeding animals, and going on adventures to find enchanting new forests on the ranch and Oregon BLM mountains.
From a very young age, I was what you would call, horse crazy, and was lucky to live my passion, riding and training cutting horses.
I spent many wonderful years at that ranch, learning and loping thousands of hours. I worked and breathed the equestrian lifestyle, and my passion for horses is engrained forever.
If you’ve been lucky enough to experience the ranch lifestyle, you understand how life lessons and deep thoughts are a common common daily thread.
Growing up in a rural community, I was surrounded by the rhythms of ranch life, horses, and a healthy, granola-live-off-the-land kind of world.
At the time, I didn’t realize that the gardens we grew and days at the barn would shape my life in such a profound way. All these years later, I now have a deep appreciation for a simple, healthy lifestyle.
The agricultural community taught me about working hard and being resilient. The equestrian world showed me the power of connection. My experiences with health and wellness has re-enforced the importance of passionate professionals who heal the body and change lives.
These industries aren't just random choices that I choose to work with – they're a connection to my personal story and way to highlight businesses that are vital to all of us.
To move forward, you need a plan of action.
We all have our individual reasons. It comes as no surprise that "Your Why" is the fuel that propels the decision to start a business. Many entrepreneurs feel passionate about sharing, teaching, selling and being an independent business owner that is in charge of their success.
